Platform Team
The team that designed and gradually builds the platform and is responsible for initiating and covering all platform programs consists of two Bavarian and two Czech representatives. For the Bavarian side, the artistic team includes the independent producer and dramaturge Julia Opitz and the artistic director of the Meta Theater Axel Tangerding. On behalf of the Czech side, the team includes the curator Petr Dlouhý and the cultural manager Kryštof Koláček.

Julia Opitz
After studying theatre, media studies and education in Erlangen and Aix-en-Provence/Marseille, Julia Opitz worked at Theater Krefeld/Mönchengladbach and Residenztheater München in the fields of dramaturgy, production, and education.
Since 2018, she has been working as a freelance producer and dramaturge in independent performing arts. She works in changing working constellations, such as with the choreographer Stephanie Felber as a dramaturge and with the Brachland Ensemble as a producer. Julia Opitz writes cultural journalistic texts and, after two years on the board (2019-2021), is now a delegate to the Verband Freie Darstellende Künste Bayern e.V.

Petr Dlouhý
Petr Dlouhý is a curator, dramaturge, researcher and cultural organizer. He works as a resident curator at Studio Alta in Prague, the interdisciplinary series Y Events produced by the Theatre X10 and the international performance art festival Performance Crossings. He is the initiator of the residential and experimental space CrossAttic.
The focus of all his activities is an international approach, the search for new boundaries and an environment for presenting independent performance art, connecting and creating long-term relationships between local and international organizations and artists.
Between 2018 and 2021, he initiated and facilitated the successful intercity project PRALIN, which connected independent performing arts between Prague and Berlin. He will continue to share the experience from this project in the Czech-Bavarian
cooperation.

Axel Tangerding
Axel Tangerding has been active on the independent scene since 1980 when he founded the now iconic Meta Theater München. There, he worked as an actor and still works as an artistic director and consultant. Since the turn of the millennium, his experience from a number of international projects and the functioning of the independent theater sector have been transformed into active participation in cultural policy.
In 2002 he received the state award Bundesverdienstkreuz as a sign of respect for his intercultural and international artistic involvement.
Between 1999 and 2007, he was a member of the IETM Board of Directors. Since 2013, he has been a member of the . Since 2018, he has been a member of the European Association of Independent Performing Arts board. In 2018, he organised the international networking meeting IETM 2018 MUNICH, which was attended by 600 theatre makers from Europe, Canada, Australia and Asia.
Project Manager (CZ)
Kryštof Koláček
He graduated from the University of Economics and Management in Prague and, among other things, worked for many years as a manager of the A studio Rubín or as a deputy director at the Kladno Municipal Theatre. Outside the theatre sphere, he has many years of management experience from companies such as Mladá fronta and ZOK - system.
Since 2008, he has been working in A studio Rubín as a board of directors member. He became the manager of the Theatre X10 at the end of 2014. He is the founder of the Kutná Hora Performing Arts Festival and the Kulturni invaze association.
As a representative of the Czech Association of Independent Theatre (AND CR), where he works as a foreign advisor, he was elected auditor of the European Association of Independent Performing Arts, which unites national associations at the European level and of which the Czech Association is a founding member.
